OJ Simpson's Parole May Be In Jeopardy After He Was Caught Masturbating In His Prison Cell By A Female Corrections Officer

OJ Simpson risks being denied parole today after he was caught masturbating in his prison cell. This act is strictly forbidden in federal prisons in the U.S. and for this reason, the former athlete is facing a disciplinary hearing.

He was caught by a female corrections officer in June as she was making her rounds. Simpson was a model inmate ever since he entered Lovelock Correctional Center in 2008, until he was caught pleasuring himself. It is believed this might affect his parole hearing when he goes in front of the Nevada Department of Corrections Parole Board on Thursday. 

A source told Dailmail: "While it's not the most serious charge to be written up for in prison, it's serious enough that any potential parole date may be delayed or his parole denied all together."

Most observers believe Simpson will be granted parole after meeting with the four DOC parole board members on July 20. He will appear remotely from Locklock in front of the four-member parole board in Carson City, Nevada, via video conference at 1 p.m. 

Retired Clark County DA David Roger, who won convictions against Simpson in 2008 for robbery and kidnapping also believes Simpson will be paroled. He said the disgraced footballer has done enough time rotting inside a Nevada prison cell.

"The guy did a lot of time on a robbery charge, I expect he'll probably be paroled," Roger said.

Identity Of Police Officer, Who Shot Unarmed White Woman After She Called 911 To Report Hearing Noise Outside Her House, Revealed

The identity of the police officer, who shot a bride-to-be after she called 911 to report hearing noise outside her house in Minneapolis, has been revealed. He is Mohamed Noor, 31.
Mohamed is a black Muslim man, originally from Somali. He is the first Somali-American officer in his precinct. He shot and killed 40-year-old Justine Damond on July 15.

The shooting occurred as Justine, dressed in her pyjamas, approached the driver's side door to talk to the officer at the wheel after police arrived following her call. Officer Mohamed Noor, who was sitting in the passenger seat, fired his weapon across his partner and through the driver's side window, hiting the woman. The officers were not wearing a body cam at the time so there is no footage to show what caused him to shoot.
One of the officers present mentioned hearing fireworks being let off near where the shooting happened. Officer Matthew Harrity, 26, who was driving the police car, described the last moments of Ms Damond’s life to investigators. He said his partner was "startled by a loud sound" as the woman came around the corner, so he shot.
News Corp spoke to some residents who were in their houses around the crime scene on Saturday night and none of them had heard the gunshot or any other loud noises that sounded like fireworks.
Officer Mohamed has issued a statement extending his condolences to the family of the woman he shot. In the statement released by his attorney, the officer said he takes the family’s loss seriously and “keeps them in his daily thoughts and prayers.”
The statement read: “He came to the United States at a young age and is thankful to have had so many opportunities. He takes these events very seriously because, for him, being a police officer is a calling. He joined the police force to serve the community and to protect the people he serves. Officer Noor is a caring person with a family he loves and he empathizes with the loss others are experiencing.
"The current environment for police is difficult, but Officer Noor accepts this as part of his calling. We would like to say more, and will in the future. At this time, however, there are several investigations ongoing and Officer Noor wants to respect the privacy to the family and asks the same in return during this difficult period.”
The family of the officer have declared his innocence, saying Mohamed Noor had mistakenly shot her dead.
A family member said: “We feel so bad about this, we are traumatised ourselves. It’s so unfortunate. If you wait for the investigation you’ll know it was an honest and sincere event that transpired. Until then we can’t really say anything."

Speaking in Sydney, Justine's father John Ruszczyk said: "Justine was a beacon to all of us, we only ask that the light of justice shine down on the circumstances of her death."

School Girl, 16, Who Ran Away From Home In Germany To Join ISIS Last Year Is Captured In The Ruins Of Mosul Alongside Women Wearing Suicide Vests

A teenage German schoolgirl who ran away from home a year ago to join ISIS has been captured in the ruins of Mosul in Iraq. Linda Wenzel, 16, from Pulsnitz, near Dresden, Germany was among 20 ISIS followers captured after Mosul fell following a ten-month battle which left 25,000 Jihadists dead.

Linda was found last Thursday in a tunnel system in Mosul in the company of ISIS' fearsome all-female police force, some of whom were wearing suicide vests and had automatic weapons. Women from Russia, Turkey, Canada, and Chechnya were also among those found and captured as the military carried out mopping-up operations.

Before Linda fled Germany, she had been unhappy at home so she turned to Islam and soon began engaging with ISIS followers in the Middle East on Internet chat rooms.  She changed her name to Mariam and began to wear a headscarf in her Facebook photos. Her friends told police she had started learning Arabic, taking the Koran to school, wearing conservative clothing and becoming fascinated with Islam. This led to her being put under observation by the German intelligence officials.  She is believed to have fallen in love with a Muslim man she met online who persuaded her to move to Syria to join him. She left Germany by posing as her mother Catherine and flying from Frankfurt to Turkey, before making her way into Syria. Before fleeing, Linda told her mother she was going to stay with friends but instead forged a letter pretending to be Catherine which allowed her to withdraw money from the bank.

Authorities in Germany say they are examining the photos of the girl captured in Mosul to determine if it is actually Linda Wenzel. Newspaper Die Welt, citing security sources, said they are sure the captive girl is definitely Linda.

Photo: Woman Convicted Of Killing Her 77-year-old Mother, Says She "just Decided To Take Her Life"

A 55-year-old woman who killed her mother by giving her an overdose of drugs and smothering her with a pillow has been found guilty of causing her death.

Shirley D'Silva of Morland Road, Croydon pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey on Monday, 17 July to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility. She will be sentenced at the same court on Tuesday, 18 July.

On 25 October 2016 at about 16:10hrs, D?Silva dialled 999 and told the operator that she had just killed her 77-year-old mother Martha Pereira at the home they shared.

When the operator asked what happened, she replied:

 "Erm, nothing happened. I just decided to take her life."

When the operator asked D?Silva "what made you do this today?" she replied: 

''It's the world we live around. We've been suffering too long. Nobody's doing nothing about it. Somebody has to come forward and do something about it."

D?Silva told the operator her mother had been unwell for a long time. Later on in the call when asked by the operator "did you do it because you don't think you were getting the help you needed?" she replied:

"No, no. It's not, it's not that. It's about the world, the war around the world going on.'

D?Silva remained on the phone until officers arrived at the scene.

She remained calm at first and when asked what happened, D?Silva told officers:

"I have just killed my mother. I have given her an overdose of insulin and I have suffocated her with a pillow."

Officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service carried out CPR on Mrs Pereira but she was pronounced dead a short time later at a south London hospital.

A post-mortem examination showed the cause of death was consistent with an insulin overdose and smothering.

D?Silva was arrested on suspicion of murder at 16:18hrs on 25 October. She was charged on 27 October. When interviewed by officers D?Silva told them a man had told her to kill her mother, and he was now telling her to kill her husband and son.

Detective Sergeant Brendan Ward, the investigating officer from the Met?s Homicide and Major Crime Command, said:

"This is a very sad case and our thoughts and sympathies are with the family at this difficult time."

Moped Riding Thugs Attempt To Steal A Bike From A Man In Broad Daylight In The UK (photos/video)

A UK based man shared this shocking video of the incident that took place yesterday. A pair of thugs were caught on camera attempting to steal a man's small motorcycle. While his partner was driving the one they arrived on, the other young man harassed the middle aged man, trying to forcefully collect the helmet and keys of the bike. 

All this happened in broad daylight and it was only after he had injured the victim and made an attempt to drive the bike away, did eyewitnesses get involved and prevent him. Seeing they were outnumbered, he escaped from the scene with his partner before they could be restrained. Their victim is currently in the hospital with a broken feet. Watch the video below.

"I'm No Hostage!" 21-year-old Whose Family Claims She Is Being Held Against Her Will By R. Kelly Speaks Out, Says She Is "totally Fine"

Explosive new allegations accused singer R. Kelly of operating a sex cult where he keeps young women and controls them. Victims were named, one of them a 21-year-old woman whose family claims she was being held against her will by the R&B singer.

The woman has now come forward to say she is with R.Kelly of her own free will and just does not talk to her family anymore because they are causing problems for her. She dismissed claims that she has been brainwashed by R.Kelly and insisted she was totally fine. Jocelyn Savage spoke out after watching her mother, father, and sister hold a press conference earlier on Monday during which they said R. Kelly held her hostage at a home in Atlanta and they haven't spoken with her in months.

Savage countered the claims made by her family and said she was "in a happy place". She said:

"I'm 21, I'm about to be 22 in a few days and I just mainly want to say that I am in a happy place with my life and I'm not being brainwashed or anything like that. It just came to a point where it definitely has got out of hand. I'm totally fine. I'm happy where I'm at and everything is OK with me."

Asked if she was being held involuntarily, she said: "Oh no, nothing like that. I've never felt like a hostage or anything like that."

Addressing her parents' concern, she said: "I don't really know what's going on with that. I'm very heartbroken over what's going on with this situation because it's getting to a point where it's getting too much. It's just not right."

When she was asked if she is free to come and go from the house, she said she would rather not answer. She also refused to answer when asked if she was still in Atlanta, Georgia and if she was with other roommates.

Murdered Schoolgirl Sarah Payne's Brother Reveals He Was Seconds Behind As She Was Snatched By Paedophile Who Raped And Killed Her

The siblings of Sarah Payne, who was killed in 2000 when she was only 8, have spoken about the events that led up to her death and what life has been like since her demise. One of them revealed her killer waved and smiled at him moments after abducting his sister.

The siblings blame themselves for not being able to save her. One of her brothers said "'If I'd just run faster I might've caught her" and her sister asks, "why was it her and not me?"
Sarah was abducted and murdered by paedophile Roy Whiting 17 years ago after running ahead of her brothers Luke and Lee and sister Charlotte on July 1 2000. The three siblings saw Sarah sprint through a gap leading to a road on the edge of the field after a game of hide and seek near their grandparents' house in Kingston Gorse, West Sussex. She was not seen alive again. A paedophile who had been waiting on the other side threw her into his white van and waved and smiled at Lee Payne, who was 13, as he drove her away to her death.

At the time, Lee had no idea that his sister was in the car with Whiting but thought she was hiding in a crop field. The siblings searched the entire field for their sister but did not see her. The alarm was raised when Luke, Lee and Charlotte returned to their grandparents' house and Sarah wasn't there. It wasn't until the next day that Lee rememberd the man who drove by in a white van and mentioned it to police. Sarah was found dead two weeks later and Whiting was sentenced to life in prison on 12 December 2001.
Lee has spoken for the first time about the moment he realised his little sister was gone and how he "beat himself up" for years about failing to save her.

He said: "When it comes to feeling guilt about the situation, I did for a few years beat myself up that if I ran faster I might have caught up with her. Whiting drove the other way in his van and gave me a little wave as he went."

Lee also disclosed that his father, who died in 2014 at 46, kept a shotgun in the house after Sarah was killed and taught his sons how to use it on Whiting if he was released.
Sarah's sister, Charlotte, who was five at the time, said she feels deep guilt about what happened. Despite being so young when her sister was abducted, Charlotte still remembers the two of them singing and dancing along to Spice Girls' songs as they were growing up. Charlotte, 22, now appears to be on the brink of pop success, with her video performances racking up thousands of views on Facebook.

Sarah's siblings and their mother appeared in a new Channel 5 documentary where they discussed how their lives have been devasteated by her murder. Sarah's father was the only one missing in the documentary having died three years ago.
Luke, who was 12 at the time his sister was killed, cried as he spoke about his sister's death publicly for the first time. He said because of the tragic incident, he "dreads the night-time".
He says: "I'm scared to sleep half the time so I work myself solid until I pretty much drop... because it's fears of what's there when I close my eyes. I create things that didn't happen, things that didn't happen or things that could have happened. I make scenarios up in my head. Eats me away. I always think about what she'd be like now, I see her friends about - some of them have got kids, others are working, one just got married - I always wonder what she would be doing".

Following Sarah's death, her parents, Sara and Michael, went on to campaign for the implementation of what came to be known as "Sarah's Law", which would see parents notified if a paedophile moved into their area. It later emerged that Whiting was already on the Sex Offenders Register after abducting and sexually attacking another eight-year-old.  The court also heard he had a previous conviction for the kidnap and indecent assault of a nine-year-old girl and was sentenced to 4 years in prison.

Pursat provincial police, in Cambodia have arrested a 35-year-old woman who allegedly fatally beat her husband with a stick during a domestic row.

Sen Pov was taken into custody after her spouse, Say Siemly, a 47-year-old primary schoolteacher, died on Saturday, July 15, as his family attempted to take him to Phnom Penh for medical treatment, according to police.

District Police Chief Vorng Savet said the couple, who live in the district?s Ptas Rung commune, were known to drink and get into fights. He said after a row on Friday, Pov left to sleep at her mother?s home but returned early Saturday morning, when the altercation resumed and escalated. 

After being threatened with a knife, Pov, who told police she ?could not bear? the abuse, struck her husband in the head twice with a wooden stick.

The couple went to bed, but the serious nature of Siemly?s injuries soon became apparent. He was first taken to the district hospital before he was referred to the capital but died en route.

Meas Mol, director of the Pursat Serious Crimes Department, said Pov had been sent to the provincial court.

Prince George Arrives In Poland With Kate, William And Princess Charlotte (photos)

Prince William and Kate are on a five-day tour of Poland and Germany. The Duke and Duchess arrived Poland this morning, accompanied by their children, Prince Goerge and Princess Charlotte.
As their private plane touched down at Warsaw Chopin Airport, George and Charlotte could be seen peering through the window of the plane before disembarking. It seems Prince George was overwhelmed by the crowd that came to welcome them because as they got off the plane, he appeared a bit reluctant and had to be encouraged by his father. All through, he kept close to his father, his hand firmly clasping his dad's as they were greeted by Britain's ambassador to Poland and his wife.

Princess Charlotte, on the other hand, appeared excited and waved to onlookers from her mother's arms. She looked adorable in a red and white floral dress teamed with red shoes and white socks. George was dressed in his trademark navy shorts, teamed with a checked shirt. Duchess Kate kept it simple in a white peplum coat by Alexander McQueen.

Soon after they arrived, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited President Andrzej Duda and his wife, Agata at Warsaw's Presidential Palace.

Boris Becker lost a huge part of his £100 million fortune in dubious investments in Nigerian oil firms, reportedly.

German news magazine Der Spiegel – citing documents from soccer whistleblowing platform, Football Leaks – said Becker struck the deal in 2013, which contributed to his recent bankruptcy. Spiegel said the ‘mega-deal’ was brokered by a Canadian firm and a Nigerian employee of Becker.
It said documents show that in July 2013 Becker held shares in an oil and petrol firm in Nigeria. But the investments tanked and last month he was declared bankrupt. John Briggs, Becker’s lawyer, told the London court: ‘He is not a sophisticated individual when it comes to finances.’

Bride-to-be shot dead by US cop after she called 911

An Australian woman was gunned down by the American police while in her pyjamas.
Justine Damond, who also uses the name Justine Ruszczyk, was at home on Saturday night when she called 911 to report a noise and a possible assault in an alley in South Minneapolis, Minnesota.

While police did not have body cameras switched on during the shooting, sources with knowledge of the incident claim the officers arrived at the alley at 11.30pm on Saturday night.
According to the Star Tribune, Ms Damond reportedly walked up to the car and began talking to the driver when an officer in the passenger seat pulled a gun and shot her through the drivers side door. No weapon was discovered at the scene.

British police said they have arrested a 19 year old man over the Manchester concert bombing, as the hunt continues for accomplices of attacker Salman Abedi.

The day after the suicide attack at an Ariana Grande concert  which left more than 20 people dead .the  British police said on Thursday July 6, 2017, that the man who bombed the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester wasn't part of a large network, but other people involved in the attack may still be at large.

The Greater Manchester Police force said the man was arrested on Friday at Liverpool's John Lennon Airport on suspicion of terrorism offenses. He is being held in the police custody.
